TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear responsibilities for a configurable workspace.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use Notestra only when you have authority to manage the workspace and the student or family records you enter. Workspace owners control staff access and are responsible for removing access when roles change.

Subscriptions

The foundation may be offered without an add-on charge. Paid modules are billed monthly at the price shown before checkout. You may manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund an already-started period except where required by law.

Educational and AI content

Notestra supports administrative and teaching workflows but does not replace professional judgment. AI-generated drafts, score analysis, teaching suggestions, and communications must be reviewed by an authorized educator before use or delivery.

Music rights

Users may upload, link, annotate, or assign material only when they have permission to do so. Catalog rights labels describe Notestra's recorded source information and are not legal advice or a transfer of copyright.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, use the platform to harm or surveil students, send unlawful communications, or upload malicious or infringing material.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Notestra available and preserve customer data, but maintenance and service interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, Notestra is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.
